Our products come from natural organic orchid and farm, where refreshing flower fragrance spreads with the harmony between human and nature. We refuse any artificially synthetic fertilizer and pesticides. The pure and natural organic fertilizer helps us enjoy the beauty of purity. Jabuticaba is also known as Brazilian Tree Grape that comes from Brazil and takes 6 years from growth to harvest. It can only be preserved for 45 years and is yet the agricultural products with the highest nutrients and value. The orchid is located in Niomien Village, Puli Township of Nantou County. The orchid introduces the clean cold spring from the Jiuxien River of Central Mountain Range and Beigang River (Nenggaoda Ditch) to irrigate the orchid. We use natural and nontoxic (no pesticide used), organic fertilizer and natural agricultural approach for cultivation. We talk with the land through ecology symbiosis, inviting you to taste this excellent savor of the soil. The key to organic cultivation lies on the level of excellence of soil while the quality of soil depends on the fertilizer. The farm uses its homemade organic fertilizer to enrich the soil while the naturally cultivated crops absorb the natural, nontoxic and rich nutrients. Crops growing on rich soil will have robust branch and big fruits, which not only produces healthy fruits but also sustain the soil quality by caring for the soil. Consequently organisms constantly decompose organic substances for the growth of crops. The fruit grown on the branch is known as “tree grape.” This species is free from the invasion by pests and almost does not require the spray of pesticides but only irrigation and fertilizer to grow abundant fruits. More surprisingly is that the dark-purple skin is a natural super anti-oxidant, particularly the fermented liquid after brewing supplies nutrients to human body and prevents many modern civilization diseases. The condition of organic cultivation helps improve the natural environment while the products offer excellent sources of food for human. Jabuticaba is plump and juice with high iron content and 15 nutritious ingredients such as vitamin C, calcium, phosphate, iron, fiber, carbohydrates, Vitamin B1, niacin, calorie, Riboflavin, Tryptophan, ash, fat, and protein. Jabuticaba is sweet and delicious with exceptional texture that tastes like multiple unique flavors and texture such as mangosteen, guava, sugar apple, and pineapple. The purple-black skin may tastes a bit bitter but it contains many anthocyanins. Do not spill out the skin when you taste it.
